PaxiaGalleys
We’re constantly improving Paxia Galleys to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen integration across Paxia Cloud, and simplify day-to-day galley planning for airlines and caterers. This means your team spends less time wrestling with data and more time on what matters: getting the right galleys on the right aircraft, every time. Here’s what’s new.
Just Released Enhancements
AI Does the Container Naming for You Manually naming containers is often tedious and error-prone. With AI-powered automatic container naming, Paxia Galleys now uses a trained AI agent to handle container naming, standardizing your naming conventions across the board. Early results show up to a 30% improvement in data creation efficiency and data quality across galley planning operations. That’s time back in your team’s day and fewer data quality headaches down the road.
See Tail Numbers Right Where You Need Them
Aircraft tail registrations now appear directly on the Caterer Portal Departure Board. This improves caterers’ visibility into aircraft and operational awareness, helping align departure activities with the correct aircraft assignment and improving coordination across operational teams. It enables your catering team to instantly confirm they’re working the right aircraft without switching between screens. Less confusion, smoother departures.
Tail Numbers on Aircraft Layout Reports Too We’ve also added aircraft registrations to the Aircraft Layout report, making it fast and straightforward to identify the right aircraft and pull up its galley diagram. This enhancement streamlines operational reference activities and reduces the time teams need to locate and validate the correct aircraft configuration documentation. No more hunting through documentation to confirm you’ve got the correct configuration.
Smarter Equipment Balancing with Virtual Containers
Paxia Galley’s equipment balancing now supports Virtual Containers, giving your planning team greater flexibility and intelligence for managing complex galley planning. We’ve also improved flight path identification, making it easier to match inbound and outbound galley plans and to get a clearer picture of where and when your equipment is needed.
Coming Soon: Smarter Forecasting
We are building a direct integration between Paxia Galleys and Paxia Assets to elevate forecasting to a new level. By combining Galley planning data, passenger forecasts, and operational consumption trends, you will see greater operational improvements. Here’s what that means for you:
- Machine learning will help predict consumption rates more accurately.
- Inventory planning, positioning, and replenishment across catering stations and National Distribution Centers become smarter over time.
- Passenger-forecasting technology and intelligent burn-rate calculations will improve the accuracy of consumption forecasts throughout the airline catering supply chain.
These developments are part of Paxia’s broader strategy to build a more connected, intelligent, and predictive operational ecosystem for airline catering and galley management. This means fewer surprises, better-stocked galleys, and a supply chain that anticipates your needs before you run short.
Want to Know More?
The best first step isn’t a demo. It’s an honest conversation about what’s challenging in your environment and whether Paxia is the right fit. If it is, we’ll show you exactly how it works. If it isn’t, we’ll tell you that, too.
